No. delta Sonic is a family owned and operated business headquartered in Buffalo, NY. Remaining family owned allows us to maintain the great service and quality we’ve become famous for.

What sized vehicles can you wash?

The maximum height we can wash is 84” or 7 feet.

What size tires can go through the wash?

The maximum tires size we can wash is 12.5”

How do I request a donation?

Donation requests must be sent with documentation of the fundraiser/organization to donations@deltasoniccarwash.com. Please allow 3-4 weeks advance notice.

Where does your gasoline come from?

Delta Sonic’s gasoline is supplied primarily from refiners based in the United States who utilize crude oil from Canadian and North Sea sources.

How do I check the status of a claim?

All claims are processed upon receipt and take between 7-10 business days. If for some reason you do not hear from us, please email our claims department at claims@deltasoniccarwash.com

Do I have to use my 5-Day at the same location I bought it?

No. You can redeem your guarantee at any location.

When will my raincheck expire?

Never.

What’s the difference between the Super Kiss and Super Kiss Plus?

The Super Kiss Plus contains all the products as the Super Kiss plus hand-finished Tires, Rainx and Body Gloss and a 30-Day Hand Wax. It also comes with 2 more washes within 2 weeks.

How to cancel my unlimited plan?

Click here to fill out a cancellation form before the 25th of the month to ensure you are not billed for the next month. You will receive cancellation confirmation via email within 24 hours.

What happens when my 1 year plan expires?

You will remain in the program until you cancel. However, check the bottom of your wash receipt for any changes in your plan pricing.

How do I update my credit card on file?

My Groupon expired, can I still use it?

Yes. You can use it for the value that you paid for it.

Do I need an appointment for an oil change or inspection?

No. We take cars on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I stay in my vehicle during my oil change?

Customers can choose to stay in their vehicle when their vehicle is being serviced but we provide a comfortable waiting area with televisions and free WIFI to help pass the time along.

What type of oil do you use?

We feature a wide range of high-quality motor oils.

What is done with the used motor oil?

We take all used motor oil to a recycling center.

How long does a detail take?

Full detail services range between 2-6 hours depending on the service. Express details take approximately 15 minutes.

Do I need an appointment for a detail?

We recommend that appointments are made for all full detail services since they can take up to 6 hours to complete. Express detail services do not need appointments.

Why do I have to pay extra for my vehicle?

There is an additional charge on larger vehicles because they require more time and more product to clean.

What is considered an oversized vehicle?

All vans, minivans, SUVs, station wagons, limos and trucks are considered oversized as well as some larger cross over vehicles and anything with a 3rd row.
